the staff were friendly. i especially enjoyed the rooms. they all face the northern sky for a possible northern lights experience (i did get to see it!).
i think luggage assistance is a big problem. everyone had to drag their suitcases through the ice and find their own car, difficult.

the on-site gym featured a wonderful view. there is a heart-shaped skating rink for guest recreation. snowshoes are available. there is a walking trail (i used it almost every day!).

the cabin i stayed in had every amenity possible. it included a warm, cozy design and was super spacious. it also had a hot tub on the deck for relaxation (the best part!).

the location offers easy access to local attractions. the resort is in a peaceful area. it is easy to take short day trips from this area, so i had the best of both worlds.

the staff was helpful with requests. the staff were also very kind . the staff went out of their way to create vegan menus for some guests, that's good service.

Feeding reindeer was amazing. ice skating and the fireplace were also quite lovely. i really appreciated having access to snowshoes and sleds. They added to the experience. the glass rooms provided excellent views and the beds were comfortable.
the ice skating rink had a tiny room with old skates scattered everywhere and in terrible condition.

The hotel offers a hot tub, sauna, and fire pit to use. a state-of-the-art gym is on the premises. I saw it has treadmills and stationary bikes. complimentary running shoes, skates, and snow trail shoes were provided.

the hotel is near hiking areas, providing opportunities for outdoor activities. the location felt magical. i enjoyed being able to feed the reindeer on site right outside the central dining hall.

the staff was friendly and super helpful. i was given a free upgrade to my room. breakfast was top notch! the food was AMAZING!!!
